Pre-Departure Checklist

Airplane Tickets--purchased and confirmed

Tourist Visa--applied for and received

Passport--valid for at least six months from the start date of your program

Photocopies of each of the above items

All required forms completed and returned to Global LAB

Hiking boots are well broken in to avoid blisters

Review the packing suggestions on your program blog to make sure you aren't forgetting anything

Tell Global LAB how you plan to get to Student Orientation

Tell Global LAB about any new medical information and/or medications since submitting your health form

Send friends and family the link to your blog and let them know they can comment if they want to

Register yourself online at the US Embassy in your destination country
